She was born in New Athens, IL, the daughter of the late George and Mary (Ramer) Hill. She retired from the New Athens State Bank, New Athens, IL and had been a member of St. Paul United Church of Christ, Columbia, IL. She was married to the late William G. Pannier. He passed away May 28, 1982.
