Arbah Jo Weston's Obituary
Arbah Jo Weston, 83 years, of Valmeyer, IL, passed away on March 31, 2020 at Mercy Hospital South, St. Louis, MO. She was born April 13, 1936, in Murphysboro, IL. She was married to the late Russell Weston. They were married March 28, 1953. He passed away February 16, 2008.
Arbah had been employed as a cashier at Wal-Mart, Waterloo, IL, and was a member of Concord Presbyterian Church, PCA, Waterloo, IL, and Zoar United Church of Christ, New Hanover, IL.
Surviving are her daughter, April (Ronald) Callahan of Valmeyer, IL; son, Russell Weston Jr.; niece, Jean Ann Clough; nephew, Kevin Lyerla, special pets, Jasper and Rowdy, along with other relatives and friends.
She was also preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey and Opal, nee Lucas, Lyerla; two brothers, Gene Lyerla, and Aubrey 'Jack' Lyerla.
The CDC, in accordance with its guidance for large events and mass gatherings, recommends that organizers (whether groups or individuals) cancel or postpone in-person events that consist of 10 people or more throughout the United States. At this time, all services for Mrs. Weston will be private.
