OBITUARY
Antoinette Hopkins
Antoinette Margaret Hopkins, nee Corvey, 94 years of Columbia, Ill., formerly of Dupo, Ill, born January 4, 1923, in Columbia, Ill, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2017 at Integrity Care Center in Columbia, Ill.
Antoinette was a retired seamstress from Midwest Curtain Company in St. Louis, MO. after 50 years of service. She was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dupo, Ill., Sacred Heart Women's Club and she sang in the choir at Sacred Heart.
She was preceded in death by her father, John Corvey; mother, Louisa Corvey, nee Mosbacher; sister, Mary Ann Corvey; nephew, Douglas Wilson; two great nephews, Paul James Wilson and David Bodkin.
Surviving are her sister, Elmarie Wilson of Dupo, Ill; four nieces, Karen Rueda, Kathern Wiechert, Anita (Kevin) McLain, Cheryl Bodkin; three nephews, James (Michele) Wilson, Richard Wilson, Steven (Carleen) Wilson; 16 great nieces & nephews, 26 great great nieces & nephews, 5 great, great, great nieces & nephews along with other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 20, 2017 from 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill., and on Thursday, December 21, 2017 an hour before the service at the church.
Funeral Mass will be held on Thursday December 21, 2017 at 10am at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Dupo, Ill., with Fr. Linus Umoren, officiating.
Burial will follow in the Immaculate Conception Catholic Cemetery in Columbia, Illinois.
