Annette C. Nobbe, 80 yrs., of Columbia, IL. She was born in Lawrence, NE, the daughter of the late Alfred and Agnes, nee Ross, Descher. Annette and her husband Orville, had previously been the owners and operators of Breezy Hill Tavern, Waterloo, IL. She was retired from First Bank, Columbia, IL, and was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. She was married to Orville Nobbe, who survives her. They were married on June 16, 1951, in Cahokia, IL.
