Mrs. Parsons was born in St. Louis, MO, daughter of the late Augustino Palmisano and the late Angelina (Mantia) Palmisano. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Columbia, IL. She was the wife of Frank L. Parsons, who survives her. They were married in Arkansas on September 4, 1943.
