She is survived by her daughter: Lily Coggin, her parents: James & Nancy Johnson of Smithton, IL., her brother: Michael (Lisa) Johnson, her nephew: Evan Johnson, her aunt: Joyce (Michael) Doyen, her grandfather: Art (Cordy) Crain and she is survived by other relatives & friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice.
