Amanda Michell Bivins' Obituary
Amanda Michell Bivins, nee Godare, 49 years old of Dupo, IL, passed away on Friday, February 24, 2023 at her residence. She was born November 3, 1973, in Belleville, IL.
Surviving are her husband of 32 years, Joe Bivins, her daughter, Caitlynn Jo Bivins, her sisters, Patti Godare and Dawn “Mickey” Godare, her nieces, Sierra Godare and Kyra Godare, her uncles, RobertCarner, Franklin “Butch” Dollins, and John Eldridge, and her cousins, Jacob (Cindi) Carner, Meghan (Marvin) Tompkins, Christopher Carner, Josh Dollins, Brandon Dollins, Tyler Eldridge, and Erin Eldridge.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Kathy Godare, her father, Larry Fillinger, her grandmother Patsy Dollins, nee Holt, and her aunt, Mary Carner, nee Dollins.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 28, 2023 from 4-7 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, IL.
At Amanda’s request, she will be cremated after the service.
Donations can be made to Promedica (Heartland) Hospice.
Arrangements were handled by Leesman Funeral Home.
