Alfred was preceded in death by his parents: Alfred & Henrietta, nee Hass, Scharf Sr., his sisters: Florence Vogt & Hilda Scharf and his nephew: Brian Scharf. He is survived by his sister: Elvira Scharf, his brothers: Earl (Sandy) Scharf & Leroy (Doris) Scharf, he is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family & friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Concordia United Church of Christ.
