Albert was preceded in death by his brother: Randy Waggoner. He is survived by his daughters: Jennifer Waggoner and Sara Waggoner, his son-in-law: William Guardado, his granddaughter: Alexis Guardado, his parents: Albert William and Leona, nee Nickelson, Sr. and his sister: Lorraine (Steven) Cruse. Albert was a retired Staff Sergeant from the United States Air Force and he later worked as a warehouse stock clerk for Wal-Mart. Memorial contributions may be made to the family.
