Al was preceded in death by his parents: Ira & Lela, nee Hale, Tounsand, his brothers & sisters: Lee, Hazel, Phyllis, Earl, Herbert, and Paul Michael. Al is survived by his wife: Freida, nee Bruce, Tounsand, his children: Alan (Holly) Tounsand of Cibolo, TX., David (Carla) Tounsand of Bon Terre, MO., & Marsha (Chuck) Kramer of Dupo, IL., his grandchildren: Melody & Frank Tounsand and Donnie & Monica Tounsand, his brothers: Jeff (Jackie) Tounsand, Gene (Mary) Tounsand, Art (Rose) Tounsand, & Rabon (Tony) Tounsand all of Arkansas, he is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital.
