Adelia E. (Lindhorst) Stunkel, 96 yrs., formerly of Wood River, IL, passed away at the New Athens Home for the Aged, New Athens, IL. She was born in Oakville, MO, the daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Mirgain) Lindhorst. She had been a member of the Eden United Church of Christ, Edwardsville, IL. She was married to the late Edwin Stunkel. They were married on September 28, 1935, in the Eden Church at Edwardsville, IL. He had passed away December 7, 1996.
