Always looked forward to the stopover in Cedar Rapids knowing that I would get to catch up with Brant. Late evening and early morning, I always felt more blessed taxiing out. A gentle man with an adventurous spirit. I will miss those visits. My heart breaks for his family. I’m blessed to have known him. I talked to Brant a few times while flying through CID. I remember thinking how he was a shining example of how to live life to its fullest. My thoughts are with his family in this difficult time. - UPS FO
Brant was one of my favorite mechanics at UPS Airlines. I always knew we were in good hands when he was working. I managed our preflight chores to allow time for conversation with him, because he was an outstanding professional, and an all around interesting individual with whom I enjoyed the chance to visit. With a heavy heart, and sincere regrets, Brant will be missed.

This one hurts. An old soul… Brant was a great Man..never short on his stories or plans. Positive, enthusiastic, friendly, knowledgeable… I ill miss our cockpit conversations while he warmed up from those bone chilling Cedar Rapids mornings…
